An Evening of Remembrance

The staff and pupils of Liberton High School along with Edinburgh Interfaith Association invite you to the annual evening of remembrance for Holocaust Memorial Day.

There will be readings, reflections and performances from guest speakers Marie-Claire Nyinawumuntu and Dr Martin Stern.

Marie-Claire Nyinawumuntu is a survivor of the genocide against the Tutsi’s in Rwanda, was born in Gisenyi Rwanda in 1978.

Dr Martin Stern a Holocaust survivor was born in 1938 and lived in Holland. He survived camps at both Westerbork and Theresienstadt.

A reception for guests and audience will follow.
