Life in time exhibition

We are delighted to announce that ‘LIFE IN THE TIME: EXHIBITION’ will be live the 26th March 2021!

LIFE IN THE TIME showcases the artworks of women who have taken part in our ‘Emerging Futures: Life in the time of a Pandemic’ project. Since Jan 6th 2021, we have delivered over 30 online workshops to more than 100 Muslim and BME women around Scotland – exploring their experiences of lockdown. These workshops have provided a space for reflection, connection and creativity. Working with artists Annie George, Katherine MacKinnon and Raman Mundair, the participants have shaped their experiences into digital artworks which form LIFE IN THE TIME – an exhibition, a message for the future and a unique snapshot of life during the Covid-19 pandemic as seen through the eyes of Muslim and BME women. LIFE IN THE TIME is an interactive digital exhibition, touring nationally on 26th of March in partnership with CCA, An Lanntair, Aberdeen Arts Centre, DCA, Horsecross, MacArts, Tramway and Traverse Theatre.
